First off, their new check-in service is ridiculous, over complicated and a complete time waster. Even after checking in early we still waited 20 minutes AFTER our appointment time…for a flu vaccine. (wth?) If our children's doctor wasn’t located here I’d definitely go elsewhere. Keeping two children entertained for over 30 minutes in a boring office setting blows. :(

Went to the urgent care today for my 5-year old. Was briefly seen by Greta H. Jacobsen, MD, she was extraordinarily rude and difficult. Continuously complained about her patient load and threatened to not see my child because she didn’t like me complaining about the wait time. Was offensive and had terrible bed side manner. Deserved to have her license taken away.

My experience with Providence Family Medical Teaching Clinic has been deeply troubling, raising serious concerns about their professionalism, communication, and overall patient care. What should have been a straightforward request for a prescription dosage change quickly turned into a series of avoidable mistakes and failures. I can't believe the lack of patient care at applevalleys st Mary hospital al. I have been treated like a criminal all day been given only crazy sandwiches an. D a bed pan was given 1 time inin 16 hours and asked some spaced out person for once over an hour ago and haven't seen one since I can take care of my self better at home I was suppose to have gotten a antibiotic by now still haven't had my room this is insane my anxiety level is through the roof ĤELP ME

I went to this Hospital on 1/18/2025, I have always used this Hospital if I needed to, But this time is the worse I have ever seen, This is a Hospital of the Walking Dead, If anyone has to go to this Hospital, Bring Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, You will need it, Whoever is working there, They hide somewhere so they won't have to work, Lazy females just sits there, Once I checked in, I could have took a Flight to another Country and came back, And my name would not have been called yet, Three people in the ER waiting to be ... read more

On referral from my doctor they called and said mine was a priority case, so they would get me in with interventional cardiology in about a month. What happened to DIABETES CARE?   When someone who is diabetic is waiting for surgery, they are typically withheld food. (I get it).   But when said surgery is cancelled and patient hasn’t eaten in 24 hours.  Why are they made to wait 4 more hours for Mealtime?       This is patient abuse. As it messes with their blood sugar.  This is a wake up call for this hospital!!!     I Am very disappointed   As well as the lack of being able to get food between mealtimes.  Diabetics eat several times a day!!!!

Facey Medical Group has change in 2024 to the worst. The front office is a nightmare and leave the patients on hold for over 30 minutes and are not helpful at all. Appointments are always for 3-4 months later and if there is an emergency they refer you to urgent care. It is impossible to talk to your primary doctor. My doctor sent me authorization two months ago for colonoscopy and even after several phone calls, I have not been able to make an appointment. At this point I have given up. Went to kadlec Emergency room this afternoon. My girlfriend was having chest pains. We checked in at 3pm. There was about 15 people in the waiting room. After waiting for almost 6 hours my girlfriend wanted to leave. She felt bad still but was hungry, tired, and beyond agitated.
