I showed up this morning to Kadlec in the middle of a possible terrifying miscarriage. Instead of being treated or triaged, I was told their emergency department was full because they took in the overflow hospital patients and to just sit and wait. I asked how long it would be and the woman at the desk said I don’t know. She never tried to get a time estimate or bring a nurse to evaluate me. I had a very good experience while being treated in the Emergency department on 11/24/2025 the lady I checked in with! Treated me very well. The next one was doing a cardio gram on me and in a very nice caring way showed me how to calm myself down enough so she could do her work! The people who took over from there were very respect and helped me. I had a kidney stone and i hadn’t ever experienced that kind of an intense pain before. Do your job!
Getting access to see my brother in the hospital less than helpful. Talked to the nurse. They didn’t know why he was restricted visitors that he was shouldn’t have been restricted visitors spent easily 20 minutes trying to get in finally gave up.. I feel like it’s more of a prison than a hospital right now in my opinion
It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. Not all, but there were some employees that went out of their way to make my stay miserable. I’m not the only one that felt this way. For the most part, the reviews are horrible!
