It is disheartening to see your nurses checking people in the ER on 8/25 between 9:40pm-9:43pm both nurses were in the front, one Hispanic guy came in with his wife and started to tell one of male nurses the reason of his visit in Spanish. The other male nurse then laughed and asked him what he said, the other male nurse told him it was something about an Infection only for the nurse to laugh. I took my husband here because towards the end of one of his work shifts (he was actually on call that week, so he could have been called any moment) but when he finished his last job call he wanted me to take him to the ER because he smashed his thumb with his work van. (The crazy wind in this area plus the heavy door of the large vehicle got him good. ER Visit with a Pediatric Patient with difficulty breathing. 5 hours in the waiting area. 2 hours in the back. I was there 7 long hours with my baby. As a person who works in the Medical Field, I’m extremely disappointed in their service and urgency. I kindly asked the front desk nurses to recheck my baby’s O2 Sats because his body jerked twice.
