Occasionally, it's a non-toxic work environment. However, the norm is malignant team work and poor communication.
I went to the emergency room multiple times with mental heath crisis. I was suicidal and begging for help and all they would do is discharge me. It was the most inhumane treatment that they could give. If you are looking for a hospital that cares don't go here.
