Rude front desk!! Horrible customer service, she’s was so rude all because I called the wrong number
I moved from TN to WA. I moved to Tri Cities Jan 2025. I had to start over with all new medical providers. I was so blessed to be accepted by Dr. Moeen in Richland, WA as my PCP. All the Kadlec staff have been so friendly helping me navigate the Kadlec providers and locations and my new insurance.
$471 for a first time visit to establish care! Outrageous how expensive it is just to talk to a doctor here. There was nothing special about my visit, and the only charge on my bill is for a new patient. Ask for a price breakdown before hand if you choose to try them like I did.
This is probably the best medical center I have ever been to, and I have been around nearly 6 decades. The people who work there made all the difference from start to finish. From the friendly front desk staff, to an extremely productive and compassionate visit with Dr. Stevenson, to the kind and knowledgeable referrals desk, to the on-site lab… Everything was smooth, everybody was kind, and they managed to be both professional and personable. Such a great experience.
