$471 for a first time visit to establish care! Outrageous how expensive it is just to talk to a doctor here. There was nothing special about my visit, and the only charge on my bill is for a new patient. Ask for a price breakdown before hand if you choose to try them like I did.
This is probably the best medical center I have ever been to, and I have been around nearly 6 decades. The people who work there made all the difference from start to finish. From the friendly front desk staff, to an extremely productive and compassionate visit with Dr. Stevenson, to the kind and knowledgeable referrals desk, to the on-site lab… Everything was smooth, everybody was kind, and they managed to be both professional and personable. Such a great experience.
Great care and service from the staff of Dr. Mathew Lawrence. I needed direction on how to administer a syringe type medication, the receptionist, Margo and Jerry all provided the necessary time and instructions. Very nice to be able to count on medical professionals at Kadlec and 3 Rivers Medical group.
This place is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. My oldest son is 5 and a half and we have been trying to get him tested for years for a rare skin condition, not only do they have on idea really what it even is or how to deal with it they also sent us to 3 different places for testing. The first didn't accept our insurance, that was 3 years ago, the second a year ago they sent us to doesn't even test children. And the third said they won't test my children until I get tested and I have to get referred to place ... read more
Make sure you record any phone calls with this place. I am a new patient and waited 8 months for an appointment, they left a message on my phone to indicate a verbal confirmation was needed for new patients, I called back to confirm and when I showed up for my appointment they said there was no recording of that. See my photo attached, they have rescheduled my appointment for 7 months away, I have prescriptions that need to be refilled and I guess I will have to go to the ER for this, what a system we live in today, why have... read more
