Do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if possible. Phone number on website doesn’t go through. If the number does go through they don’t answer and don’t respond to voicemails. Constantly going through new neurologists. Fails to provide referrals to neurologists at different locations when asked to weeks prior. Kadlec - you need to get it together as this does cause negative impacts on people’s lives.
I go to this building often. 3rd floor cardiologist...exceptional clerical and nursing staff. Dr Gajjula is pleasant, caring, thorough and knowledgeable and I feel confident in his treatment of me. 2nd floor neurologist and infusionist. Tauni and Aimee both are great at what they do and Tauni goes beyond to help me get answers to problematic issues. 1st floor pain management--Dr Spencer is trying to help curtail my issues. The surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and very informative . He is very straightforward and compassionate it .
As someone who has had 2 spine surgeries and is dealing with severe back/nerve pain it was insulting to be told to drive in almost 2 hours for a 10 minute chat on how they cant help because they don't care to hear the patient just go by what an MRI shows when what it really is was that surgeons dont care to assume risk from another prior surgeon. I dont personally enjoy living on pain meds. I want a life other then pain.
