Was told they are a year out for new patient appointments. Tried calling to schedule, but they are horrible with returning calls and can never put me through to any one when I call. Going to have my referral changed. This place has horrible reviews and just from my littler interactions with them… the reviews seem to be true.
Doctor didn’t even see me for more than 5 mins said it was either injections or pt when. I’ve been going to pt for ever it’s obvious it’s not working that’s why I’m there seeing him. He seemed like he didn’t care. I walked out crying sat in my car crying thinking this is how I’m suppose to live in pain.
Dr. William C. Smith seemed like he was in a rush when I met with him on Thursday, 04/17/25. My appointment was supposed to start at 3, I wasn't called back until 3:13, and I was leaving the exam room at 3:28. Clinical notes were done by 3:30. Dr. Smith only addressed half of the issues that brought me in, the office didn't take my weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen or anything, despite it having been 7 months since the last time I was seen at a Kadlec facility. I can't imagine my life without the Amazing Doctors, and Health care Professionals, at the Neuroscience Center! Dr. Marwan Qattan literally saved my life when I had a heart attack 2 years ago! Dr Arash Motaghi's spinal injections have helped me to have a better life! The amount of back pain, before him, was unbearable!
