Dr. William C. Smith seemed like he was in a rush when I met with him on Thursday, 04/17/25. My appointment was supposed to start at 3, I wasn't called back until 3:13, and I was leaving the exam room at 3:28. Clinical notes were done by 3:30. I can't imagine my life without the Amazing Doctors, and Health care Professionals, at the Neuroscience Center! Dr. Marwan Qattan literally saved my life when I had a heart attack 2 years ago! I saw Dan Elliot, PAC, for a followup on cervical steroid epidural done two weeks after the injection. Although there wasn't much pain relief, he was so warm and compassionate, listening carefully, and fielding my questions, gave me healing for my soul. It is too easy to give into the temptation of anger and entitlement when in severe pain, but our ancestors did pain control with alcohol and herbs. Do not bother. As of October 2024 even with an URGENT referral they took three days to call, and then to tell me that they are booked out to February because their doctors are overbooked. A staff doctor left and apparently they can't hire anyone new. Make the drive to see someone else. Drama. Don't waste your time and risk your health.
