Doctor didn’t even see me for more than 5 mins said it was either injections or pt when. I’ve been going to pt for ever it’s obvious it’s not working that’s why I’m there seeing him. He seemed like he didn’t care. I walked out crying sat in my car crying thinking this is how I’m suppose to live in pain.
Dr. William C. Smith seemed like he was in a rush when I met with him on Thursday, 04/17/25. My appointment was supposed to start at 3, I wasn't called back until 3:13, and I was leaving the exam room at 3:28. Clinical notes were done by 3:30. Dr. Smith only addressed half of the issues that brought me in, the office didn't take my weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen or anything, despite it having been 7 months since the last time I was seen at a Kadlec facility. I can't imagine my life without the Amazing Doctors, and Health care Professionals, at the Neuroscience Center! Dr. Marwan Qattan literally saved my life when I had a heart attack 2 years ago! I saw Dan Elliot, PAC, for a followup on cervical steroid epidural done two weeks after the injection. Although there wasn't much pain relief, he was so warm and compassionate, listening carefully, and fielding my questions, gave me healing for my soul. It is too easy to give into the temptation of anger and entitlement when in severe pain, but our ancestors did pain control with alcohol and herbs.
