KADLEC NEEDS TO STAFF UP. THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO AS SUCH A HUGE CONGLOMERATE. Far too many of us are being tossed aside and not given necessary, life changing medical care. DO BETTER AND HIRE PEOPLE!!!
I first want to give a shout out to the team that gave me my shot Dr. Motaghi,Danielle and Kaylee they did a great job making sure I understood everything and answered every question. I'm so blessed to say the shot worked for me but I do want to say it took 12 days so anyone getting one please ride it out. I did go through some pretty bad pain in my knees and elbow 'joint pain' I was starting to have doubt but decided to continue to ride it out Without any pain meds. Kadlec has put me on hold today 5 times today and have hung up on me. I don't
Do not recommend. Go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if possible. Phone number on website doesn’t go through. If the number does go through they don’t answer and don’t respond to voicemails. Constantly going through new neurologists. Fails to provide referrals to neurologists at different locations when asked to weeks prior. Kadlec - you need to get it together as this does cause negative impacts on people’s lives.
I go to this building often. 3rd floor cardiologist...exceptional clerical and nursing staff. Dr Gajjula is pleasant, caring, thorough and knowledgeable and I feel confident in his treatment of me. 2nd floor neurologist and infusionist. Tauni and Aimee both are great at what they do and Tauni goes beyond to help me get answers to problematic issues. 1st floor pain management--Dr Spencer is trying to help curtail my issues. The building is easy to get around and the parking lot sufficient with good handicap parking and doors.... read more
