Very disappointed with the care, follow up, and honesty of reporting. Mychart notes did not align with what was discussed during appointments and overall lack of communication. After discussing multiple times of still having issues, condition was then written off as not being present. Shouldn't have to rely on the ER for a follow up. Highly recommend seeking elsewhere.

Our family wants to thank all the staff and doctors who tirelessly tried their best to exstend the life of my husband’s heart but unfortunately it was wore out. We didn’t know what was happening but knew it wasn’t good. Through it all you were there for us and him and kept him comfortable till the end and for that we are deeply thankful.
