Referral placed from a local urgent care for foot pain over weekend. Called the following week to follow-up as no one reached out in a couple of days. Was told specialist would call soon but confirmed referral was received; another week passed and zero communication. A week and a half just for a call to schedule an appt which is probably another two weeks out is ridiculous; will be looking for better providers locally.
I found Dr. Graves and the whole staff to be courteous , professional, and whole patient oriented. For me, healing from a foot injury has also impacted the rest of my body as well as my mental well-being. While focusing on what I needed to heal my broken bone, Dr. Graves also listened compassionately and provided the equipment I needed to give me enough freedom not to lose my mind as I waited for that to happen. 😅
The staff is very nice and the Dr was very helpful in helping me find solutions for my feet pain. The office was able to get the referrals sent out and approved quickly and they were able to reschedule my appointment with them without any issues.
Had appointment for injection. Was seen by nurse who is unable to give injection. They then rescheduled me 3 weeks out to see another doctor. Second time this has happened in last 2 years. What waste of time and money.
