This is the first time I have not had a great experience. I went to check in and was chastised as a if I were a child for stepping up to the desk. I only stepped up as I thought the other receptionist had nodded with her head for me to go to her partner. After the first chasting I apologized and offered to step back but got told that she was ready for me. The receptionist then continued to chastise me til I completed my check in.
