I made appointment with her last week. She cancelled the morning that I was going. I made another appointment, confirmed it, she text me to let me know that she was expecting me at 9am. I replied to her that I was on my way. When I got there, she has started someone else hair. Which didn't look like she was expecting me. I asked what was going on. Most recent experience was so unsatisfying and so horrible in all its entirety I had to update my review and find a new braider for future styles. The person she contacted to assist her with her Saturday appointments is horrible. She doesn’t listen to what you request. Talks loudly on her phone during the entire appointment. She is very aggressive when handling your hair. She was 40 minutes late and this was all done in front of Kadijah who I had been going to for years.
