Really have fixed the place up over the years, however this is the worst company to work for. I have never worked for them and I don't plan on it ever, I know some people that currently work there and they are making close to minimum wage even after being employed there for over 15 years. This is not a way to treat your employees, make them feel appreciated and give them raises.
December 1, 2013 the facility management changed from Ridgeline to Continuum Associates, Inc. and the changes/improvements have been quite remarkable. You really need to check it out.
Not only the view. I have come to trust the staff at East Wenatchee Assisted Living. They are a great bunch of people. They get it right and provide a wonderful place to live. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have clients that are currently staying at EWAL. Sure the building is older, but its clean, safe and the staff are wonderful. Its nice to work with the same people. Not like other properties where they change all the time. The staff enjoys working at EWAL, so they stay. Go see for yourself.
Love the location, view and Staff ! As the old saying goes - "Do you want chandeliers or wonderful care ? Nice, older place - and the support and assistance my Mom gets is such a huge relief for our family. We found this assisted living facility through the website; They were very helpful with my Mom's concerns and needs. We would highly recommend !
With a million dollar view, the location is great! The building itself is older and in need of some upgrades, however, don't let that be your deciding factor on choosing this facility. The care staff are exceptional and strive to make their residents feel at home. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The place needs a lot of work first thing get a new Administrator,Nurse and cook and the housekeeping is a joke also.
