Let me start with saying I am not new to getting braids/twist and I have NEVER had an experience like this one. After putting up with the not great service I walked out of Kadis rather satisfied with my hair. That is until 2 weeks later a braid on the left side of my hair fell out, taking MY hair with it. I had never hair my hair in braids before but after reading the reviews and talking with multiple people I decided to give this place a try. Kari herself is extremely nice and very professional as well as the other ladies. I had waist length box braids done, and the entire process took 3 hours! That was way better than other promises other salons had given me. The ladies there are NOT rude, they do speak French but still very friendly. I have had so many compliments on my hair and it was definitely worth the money.

Great customer service, the people there are very friendly. What made me fall in love with this place is their speed and how good the braids look and how long they last. I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner Kadi is very professional unlike most other shops i have been to.

Okay I am 14 I have gotten my hair braided yesterday 7 people where doing my hair at once it WAS awful I couldn't even sleep last nights because it was so much pain!! I'm not even tender headed but over all my hair looks amazing and I can even wash it and none of it comes out also it stay for about 3-4 months maybe longer if you take care of it I recommend going for micros or invisible braids the do a great job

I got my hair done last night, I can barely sleep because I'm in so much pain. I'm not even tender headed. I asked them nicely (all 3 of them) can u loosen my braid? Or I said wow this is painful you all are hurting my head. They ignored me except twice they said sorry. Ill be calling tomorrow.

I went to get my hair braided at Ms Kadi's and I enjoyed my visit !! My hair wow it looked so nice I'm getting a lot of compliments my Hubby loves it and told me to keep it braided u look like my African Queen so sweet !! If you are tender headed well u might wanna think about it my hair was tight for about 4 days and then it started to loosen up i applied DO GROW STIMULATING GROWTH OIL to my scalp twice a day and always wrap it in a silk scarf at night and ORGANIC OLIVE OIL SHEEN to keep it shiny and yes they do speak in th... read more

Very unprofessional! Rude and disrespectful to customers! no matter how nice I tried to be engaging conversation their noses were turned up at me for no apparent reason. my hard earned money will no longer support this place of business!

I give Kadi's Professional Hair Braiding 5 stars because it is the best to have your hair done. A couple of days ago, I went to Kadi's , and got braids. While i was there the employees were friendly with me, and asked me if I was ok. I felt welcome at Kadi's, I will definitely come back !
