I had I had my first dental appointment with Dr. Dhwani Upadhay and she was excellent. During the procedure to fill a cavity, she explained everything before she did it. She gave me enough short breaks that I needed with my tight jaws. I had complete confidence in her expertise. At the end she showed me pictures of the results, which looked great. Very clean; quite thorough, CLEAN and they have a sense of humor!!!
Very disappointed He didn’t explain anything about my case only gave me antibiotic and only take 2 mins to check my xray and then refer me to another dr that all what he did very weird !!! Am very disappointed but the staff and who did the cleaning was excellent.

Dr. Kaddis is now deceased but he was the very best dentist in this area. I only hope his son, who will be taking over his practice in May, is as good.
I had a very positive experience. He was very kind and honest about the work that needed to be done. Another Dentist wanted to charge twice as much. Great man and very nice.
I was 15 mins late fo my appointment because of the contruction and road blockage around his dental office. I was in a lot of pain but I was sent home and asked to re-schedule. The customer service was extremely poor and no empathy was shown for my suffering. I drove for 70mins to get to his office and even more to get back.
Makes the experience pleasant, very honest about what is required, answers all questions, clearly explains what is happening, never had an insurance issue, office staff very friendly and helpful
