I feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Kadar. In the first few months, I called to complain about soreness and was always given an appointment right away. Both the technicians and the doctors listen when I complain about an irritation and fix the problem.
Dr. Kadar, We arrived to your practice on time and while your office was very impressive, I'm not sure whether to come to you for my son's ortho situation. Our "tour guide" was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. However, we left with my 11 year old and 9 year old children telling me they felt uneasy by the end of our visit. I agree. I felt like we just left a Stepford Wives movie reproduction. They said they felt like they were characters in the Spy Kids movies. Great advertising, excellent. Genuinely family feel to the office.
Kadar Orthodontics always gives us exceptional service and I have never had anything to complain about. The office is clean and organized, the staff is courteous, professional and knowledgable. I still am amazed after dealing with them for years that they are so good at keeping the scheduled appointment time! No other office I go to does that. Keep up the amazing work!
