Buddha's teachings are presented in an understandable and humorous way. The people greet you with smiles and make you feel comfortable and welcome.
The people are amazing!! I only spend 2 months in San Diego each year but my time there is definitely a high light.
Classes are so interactive and the Sangha so friendly!

The Kadampa Meditation Center has changed my life. I suffered from deep depression for years. The people at the center took me in with open arms and made me feel welcome and supported.
