EXPERIENCED THE WORST SERVICE WITH KADALLA! 1 CONTRACT MUCKED UP AND THREE settlement dates delayed had to pay late settlement fees which they reimbursed but it took a month to get reimbursed!! They blamed my conveyancer for the delay but its obvious Tharaka and his team were at fault. Can't recommend enough. From beginning to the end, the process was really smooth and the team handled everything extremely professionally. They were excellent in communication and responded to all the queries. Most importantly, I was able to properly explain my requirements and they were able to provide a customized solution, considering all the relevant factors. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
