I strongly suspect that the reviews on this site were written by employees and not actual tenants. Having lived in one of their properties previously, none of these reviews sound remotely like the experience I had. http://www.usapropertymanager.com/reviews/iowa and Yelp! have more accurate reviews to what I know to be true.

Kacena Realty has always been a great company to me. They are easy to talk to, in terms of both availability and easy to converse with, and they have a knack for anticipating my needs. Less stress makes my life happier.

Kacena Real Estate Management does a good job of taking care of my property. Outside of that, they are unprofessional and dishonest and I would not recommend using them for property management. Although the contract emphasizes their first responsibility is to the client, they seem to forget that in the conduct of business. They are rude almost every time I talk to them, which is not that often, because after 4 years they still insist on not keeping my contact information up-to-date. I’m very satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by the Kacena Real Estate Team. My property manager assisted with getting me moved in and he was wonderful. Surprisingly easy process.
