They are a great company to rent from. If most people understood that rerenting an apartment took time to get ready to the condition it was given to you in, you might understand. If you are a landlord/owner/business person, you might understand. Stop trashing their name and take accountability. Get things in writing and read your damn lease! Again reread your lease! Slowly if u can’t understand that the lease your signing is absolutely standard practice.

I have worked in property management and software, so I know how application screening works. I applied for an apartment here and was denied due to income ratio and credit score. Fair enough — those are standard criteria. The issue is everything that followed. When I asked about reapplying with a co-signer, I was told I'd need to pay $80 in new application fees — $40 for me and $40 for the co-signer — on top of the $40 I'd already paid. If you don't mind moving into an apartment where you'll be fined for the poor quality repairs done prior, finding suspiciously poisonous looking spider despite "monthly spraying", having to meet a new property manager every other month, this place is great! :) Paid over $1,000 for deposit moving in, kept our deposit and charged an additional $500 when we moved out. Nothing in that unit even costs that much lol STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
