He communicated clearly throughout the process and quickly understood the issue after I sent him a few pictures. He was able to come out the very same day, which I greatly appreciated. Well we are in the beginning of this process and Michael came out. My issue were slow drainage...toilet than shower than kitchen!! I was very worried that it was going to be crazy money...but it turns out not so serious!!!! I became a member. A lot of savings...I live in an old house...u never know!!!! He was curtious. Great communication, prompt service, diagnosed issue with current faucet and explained options. He had the new faucet I chose on his truck and was able to install it immediately. I did not have to schedule additional service call or wait on a faucet to be ordered. While here, he went above and beyond to address an issue we were unaware of with our water softener. Michael is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous. I will hire him for any and all plumbing needs and HIGHLY recommend him.
