I have been receiving IVIG at home 4 days/month with Kabafusion for 11 months now and have had nothing but an amazing experience with them. From the nursing staff to the pharmacist to the financial department everybody has treated me with kindness and are always willing to help. And by far the one who has had the greatest impact on my experience is my amazing nurse, Carolina. Shes kind, funny, very attentive and definitely knows her stuff. terrible business, i’ll be going elsewhere
My daughter needed IV antibiotics after a serious infection and the KabaFusion team here has been amazing. They set everything up for us including working on getting her antibiotics when she goes back to college. They dealt with insurance and the nurse who has done the dressing changes and showed us what to do has been great. Not that anyone would want to have to use their services, but they have been terrific.
KabaFusion of Albany, NY, has provided infusion medical services for my wife Laura for over three years. Mark Tetreault RPH and his entire staff have provided "exceptional" service during this time. Their support has been extremely professional and timely to include last minute changes and support due to changes in doctors written orders. I have traveled to the Albany, NY office to meet Mark and his staff to put a face to their names and Thank them in-person for their wonderful efforts. Can't ask for better support!
