If I could give this place zero stars and a lawsuit, I would. My elderly father recently had a life-threatening infection and was sent home with the plan to have antibiotics administer via picc line. Three doses in, his home health nurse arrived for the first time and alerted him to the fact that he had been delivered the wrong medication (!!!!). Great pharmacy to have as a supplier for my meds needed. Constant follow up with me for supplies and meds. Worked around my schedule and always on time delivery. Would highly recommend
So, I've been using Lincare for many years, getting my first CPAP and all my supplies here. Initially, I went to the Syracuse office which seemed OK and the people helpful. I have since transferred to the Liverpool office. The few times I have gone there they are unorganized and make me wait for upwards of 15-30 minutes (I was the only customer).
