Helped me immensely through a severely bad situation that caused terrible insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I didn't see him that many times but, in the few sessions we had, he steered me in the right direction (which was not the way i wanted to go at the time). This happened a long time ago (maybe 2012), but i sometimes think about it and am thankful.
