My husband and I recently moved into a KA property house, so far the experience has been great. Every maintenance request is seen to very quickly and Kevin has been a great help with everything we've needed before and after signing the lease.
Been knowing Joseph for many years. KA housing has definitely been our best renting experience. Anytime something needed to be fixed they were there same or next day. They have no problem upgrading you to a bigger home or moving you to a different location or even helping you purchase a home. When I move back to Texas I’m definitely going through KA housing!
