Did I just get a bad day? It seemed over booked. Was told 2-3 estimate but took over 5 hours. Whatever products were used left my dog smelling like a diaper and feeling coarse. The environment is so loud and very off putting. I understand where Im at but any divider between the receptionist and the chaos would help even 10%. I couldnt hear any of the staff. Trust me I'm never one to leave comments because i dont believe in having my bad experience ruin anyones business but when my dogs come home bleeding, i have an issue. I gave this groomer the benefit of the doubt and chances that maybe it was a one time thing however, my experiences say otherwise. Main issues: 1. I booked my dogs for a bath, dropped them off at 9 and they weren’t ready until 5 pm. They waited all day without any access to water and potty breaks for a bath.
