Trust me I'm never one to leave comments because i dont believe in having my bad experience ruin anyones business but when my dogs come home bleeding, i have an issue. I gave this groomer the benefit of the doubt and chances that maybe it was a one time thing however, my experiences say otherwise. Main issues: 1. I booked my dogs for a bath, dropped them off at 9 and they weren’t ready until 5 pm. They waited all day without any access to water and potty breaks for a bath. This was the 3rd or 4th time I have takin my Western Highland Terrior there,as you know these dogs are a pretty penny and when I asked them from the beginning "do you know how to cut a Westie " they said of course!!!!
