On April 19th I went to this shop looking for some diamond earrings. I was shown 2 pairs and decided on these the associate originally priced them at $542 and told me he would give me a deal $100 off. Plus tax came out to $480 recently the quality seemed off and the gold was changing colors after few wears. I had them appraised at 3 different jewelers 1st $40 2nd $45 and the 3rd $75. If I have to keep calling to get my Jewelry that had to be ready on Monday, then was ready on a Wednesday is not a good look my piece was fine but the chain I told them I didn’t want a choker and that’s exactly what I got.I’m not pleased at all.paid $500 when it look like it was worth $180.

I had such a great experience! I usually travel far to go to the jewelers but I came across the store right here in the neighborhood and I couldn’t be happier!! The customer service here was great, the place is clean and credible. Thanks so much, I look forward to come back in the future.
