I am beyond disappointed with K2. Six years ago, we did an extensive and expensive bathroom remodel. First, they built us a linen closet, but it ended up not fitting in the bathroom, so they asked us if we could use it somewhere else, probably to get us to pay for it, but we could not use it. Second, after they installed the toilet, the door would not shut. We had picked out the exact toilet we wanted, but had to rush out and buy the smallest toilet we could find so the door would shut.
