A Dishonest person. He deceived me into believing he could repair my bad Dodge Caravan transmission. He couldn't fix it and would not return the $350 he took for it. The problem became worse. Rather than tell me he could not fix it, he compelled me to pay the balance before testing the car, claiming that the problem was fixed. A 2 minutes test after payment proved he had lied. KZ is a liar and a cheat.
Tune up, coolant flush, brake job, wiper blade replacement, and a/c refrigerant all in two days.
Prompt, professional, thorough, and fair. I'd go here again in a heartbeat.
Since the first time my husband had his car fixed at K & Z Auto Repair Shop he said he wouldn't go anywhere else. So, of course, when my car started having issues I took it right to KZ. KZ and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have the best prices hands down. Both times I had my car repaired, he told me a time and price and he stood true to his word. I would continue to be a patron and would definitely recommend his repair shop to everyone who wants a great honest mechanic.
