The pedicure is not good service fell short and we don't get the good service
Would be cautious about them trying to charge a different rate each time for the same service. One of the male technicians (glasses, masked, doesn’t smile much) also makes services that aren’t free seem free, so don’t fall for the misleading upsell.
I love my nails so much! The staff member who did them was very sweet and talented.
Quoted $60, but was charged $80 for short nails. The nail tech questioned why I wanted a round shape, as if my personal choice was a problem. Totally overpriced. Won’t return. Classic bait and switch. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming in it’s obvious I’m not the only one. So many people are complaining about being ripped off and overcharged.
Lee is amazing and he always does a great job on my nails and I would never cheat on my nail tech I’ve been coming to K&Y nails for years me and my mother and daughter always gets our nails done every two weeks and we always have the best experience with them every time treat us like family with love and respect
