My sister rented a house on LOCHLYNN CIRCLE 75228. We moved her out and CLEANED the home. She got in contact with Mr Young he refused to pay the deposit, claiming trash was left in the house. No Sir that was a LIE. She needed her $1200 deposit back. Guess he had forgotten he was allowing her to pay the difference due to rent price Dallas housing was accepting. If I could leave no stars I would most definitely do that.. this company is unprofessional they will trick you in to thinking your getting something nice and more and then when you check the lease out and get more details you will notice they make two different leases and will try and get you kicked out of the place your renting or trying to own and u will notice that they are telling the landlords they are promising them that tenants will pay more money that’s not even in the contracts false advertisement and very rude cust... read more
