From Lisa K in the store to Jim K coming by the house to provide an estimate to John C supervising the old tile and carpet removal and installation to Jason D and Hector from Flooridian Installation doing the installation, the whole process from picking a sample to getting an estimate to getting the old floor removed to getting the new luxury vinyl planking installed was about as good as it can get!
