Great service, receptionist are polite and Dr. Mark is very nice and listen to you and gives proper explanation regarding the problem.
I went to the clinic today to get something checked and had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff answered the phone politely and actually picked up right away, which was refreshing. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mark Hirst, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully listen to our concerns, welcomed our questions, and never hesitated to provide the best care possible—even after what must have been a long day for him (Friday evening). Very disappointed with this clinic. They don’t follow first come, first serve at all. If they know someone personally, they take them first while others keep waiting. The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no courtesy to patients. There is a serious lack of professionalism and fairness here. Definitely the worst clinic experience I’ve had.
