KW Mitsubishi advised me to replace a part that wasn’t needed. Another dealership later found the issue was just a simple setting and fixed it immediately. I still lost nearly $100 due to the KW Mitsubishi’s misdiagnosis, and it could have been close to $1,000 if I hadn’t sought a second opinion.
