I have been a long time customer and brought two of my last vehicles into K & W for service. The estimates have always been very accurate and sometimes, ended up less than what was initially estimated. Always professional, always polite. I drive in from Scottsdale when I need work done because I feel comfortable and safe and feel these are some of the most honest and professional mechanics I have come across for many times, and I am a lifetime Arizona resident. I was recommended to K & W Automotive & AC prior to this name change. I have been taking my car out to Kurt for several years. I began taking my car out there when the shop was named Kurt and Jerrys. Jerry was absolutely great and very fair, he would take the time to explain every thing in detail as to what was going on with your car, and when he did work on it you knew beyond a doubt that the job was done correctly.
