RecommendedWe would highly recommend KV Tech Construction. Eric and his team cleared a site for a garage on our property. The crew worked hard in the unbearable heat clearing trees and finished the job in the pouring rain. Their work ethic was unbelievable. The site looks great and we are looking forward to completing the next steps in our project with them.
I had a pipe freeze at my cabin. It flooded the first floor. After that was cleaned up we ended up with a mold issue in the cabin and in the basement/crawl space. The basement was a sand floor and did not dry out causing mold to form. They were recommended by the company NorPines Plumbing and Restoration in Drummond. They came in and put down a concrete floor and sealed the walls and crawl space. Such a relief to have a solution for future dampness and new mold growth. This is a fantastic company to do business with. All the employees from Leah doing the estimate and Brandon,Danny and Dal doing the insulating were very professional. They were very prompt and on time. Our house was spotless when they were done. There were NO hidden costs.

We have used KV Tech numerous times and have never been disappointed. Had them out a couple weeks ago to remove ice dams. The crews are always hard working and we can count on them to get the job done!
Very professional. Did a great job of leveling out some uneven ground and rocks in the crawlspace before laying down vapor barrier plastic. Cost was exactly what was agreed to on the quote. Only improvement feedback is the spray foam did miss a couple of spots along the sill plate that I had to fill in with canned foam. Did not notice until a couple of weeks after completion of job. It was a limited mobility crawlspace so not too negative to fill in a spot or two
