My teenage daughter recently got a full set of solar nails with a design, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. It took over two hours to complete, and honestly, the outcome wasn’t worth the time or the money. The nails came out chunky, uneven, and several weren’t even straight. We showed the nail tech a clear photo of the design and color she wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. Wonderful experience. My nails look great and they got me right in.
If I could do a 0 star I would but unfortunately I can’t. Horrible customer service. I went in with my step mom they didn’t file her nails and tried to charge her for a file. Then the ladies started to talk dookie and say “oh I guess Nancy works for free” AS we were paying I’m not even sure WHY they were saying that. I have NEVER been to such a horrible nail shop. They didn’t even have the best color selection and charge 15 for gel. My nails didn’t even come out good she painted my skin.
