2023 KTM 300 XC AER Puke forks....at nearly $2k on a WP 6500 kit to remedy the horrible AER forks, I installed the K-Tech ORSS2 air to spring conversion kit (122-021-155-001) and the appropriate spring (8.8ng). Took 6 days to get my parts meanwhile these guys are 50 miles away. Competition is on the other side of the country and managed to get me the springs in 3 days. Can't comment on the quality since they will just live on a shelf. My first experience with them will be my last......btw the competition didnt charge for shipping. I had to pay for this luxury. First and last

I didn't get much help when I had a problem that was no fault of my own. I purchased a rear shock that was rated for 30 pounds over my weight. Every time I ride, I bottom out at least half a dozen times without even getting air. I was offered a 30% discount on a new spring and had to buy it within 12 days to get the discount. I didn't even know what to buy since the first spring rating was completely inaccurate. I asked for an extension on the 12 day discount and was told "no".
