Explained everything, we saw pictures of what the nasty stuff looked like in the ducts, never had been cleaned, over an inch+ of stuff and looked fantastic when finished! We had moved all our furniture out of our living room then found out our carpet cleaner would never work again. Not really wanting to buy a new one for a couple of reasons we decided to call K-tech Kleening. Never did I expect to hear that they would fit us in the route this same day, within a few hours!! In fact, I believe they arrived early! They were very friendly and cheerful and within an hour they had cleaned our 19 x 16 room. During the recent Spring flooding our basement flooded. K-tech responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job clearing the rooms of furniture, and absorbing the water. The whole process took only a few days. Every staff member we communicated with was courteous and efficient.
These guys are GREAT! What you want with a company, on time, clean, fair. Had a commercial cleanup and Ktech was professional and quality. I never leave reviews this good... but this 5 star is well deserved.
I ran into an issue with bugs in my rug. K-tech sent their team to inspect it. Ultimately they decided my wool rug couldn't be steam cleaned. So I didn't actually get service from them but they were super helpful and professional every step of the way.
