Trash Going to lie and say I wasn't a customer lol. But it looks like you make that claim towards all had reviews. Had to have you the invoice for my insurance changed 4 times because you kept sneaking stuff in you didn't do, quoted a job then decided it was easier to do the easy, more expensive half and skip all the hard stuff, so I had to hire other contractors to finish what you should have. I do not own the home anymore, so I don't need to discuss anything with you, but my review stands.

Work performed was of very high quality. Ryan Griffin did a great job as Project Manager. Chrissie Culavitch was always very helpful. Update: Ryan was also very responsive a few months after the work was finished when I had some questions and needed his help. Great follow through.

The K-Simon crew has been unbelievable helping us, and many of our friends and family, with the recovery after Hurricane Michael. Dave and Hawk helped us through the entire process and were there every step of the way. Call them if you're in the Panhandle and you're not sure if you have roof damage, our problems didn't start until 2 months after the Hurricane. Everyone here has damage, many just don't know it yet.

Not so great company
