Definitely won't return! We live in Dinuba. It was the first time I had gone to K & S Grooming so I gave myself plenty of time to get to their facility. I had trouble finding it and ended up being 15 mins. late. I explained why I was late. She responded with, " there will be a late charge. " I intended waiting for my dog, but felt too uncomfortable staying so I drove back to Dinuba. My husband picked up our dog. (I had cautioned him to not be late!)
