RecommendedWe experienced a major outage of our home router today, a Sunday. KS Audio Video was on it quickly to take our initial diagnostic efforts further. It turned out to be part of a national problem, although that was not so apparent at first. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate their service after the sale!

We had a network mesh which was down. I called KS and Daniel Burch was at my house shortly after my call. It took about 10 mins to identify the problem and he fixed it. Every step of the way he explained the process so that I knew what had to be done. Very courteous, professional and efficient. The best! Definitely call KS Audio Video

The Team at KS Video is amazing. They have done work for several of our clients and we would refer them to anyone. We are moving into a commercial building for our business and they will install the video system for monitoring lot and shop. They are the best around hands down.
