We were referred here by a family member and told that my husband's transmission would be done "in a few days". After a week I called to check on it and was told an ambulance had come in and had gotten priority which was completely fine and understandable. This was probably the middle of the week and I was told it would "hopefully be done by that Friday" by a semi rude woman.
