They treat you like family. I've been a customer for over 24 years and think they are the best. I think of them as my extended family and they never fail to give me a wave or a hi when I'm in the Galleria. Miss them.
My wife Francine and I have been customers here for 24 years. Just recently had our original engagement ring reconfigured or augmented I guess you could say and we are ecstatic. The service, professionalism and quality is top notch I am forever grateful and happy that they are my go to jeweler.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the incredible jewellery that my husband has gifted me from Norris jewelers!!! Not only in my wedding ring the prettiest thing I've ever seen but Ryan has gone above and beyond with costumer service. He has created things from scratch and had recreated pictures of things we've picked out. He is the man and I can say I am a walking advertisement for this place!
