I had one of the worst experiences at this place today. I went to get a mani/pedi/eyebrow wax with my best friend. It's a couple of days before my wedding and we have lots of stuff to do. It took 2 1/2 hours to get those three simple things done. My friend got burns on her feet from the heated stone rub because the stones were too hot. My cuticles were bleeding after the fact.
