I’m getting married in 2 days, and I had one window of time available to get my nails done for my wedding. I made an appointment for me and my grandmom to get manicures and pedicures, and we arrived on time for our appointments. We waited 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before leaving. If I was a walk-in customer, I would understand having to wait that long but I scheduled our appointments days in advance. Now I might not even have a chance to get my nails done for my wedding.
Small cute business. Everyone there is nice and welcoming. Came as a walk-in during the morning for my first visit, and it was a fast service. I also came as a last minute, and they took me for a pedicure 20 min before closing. I have also booked an appointment which is prbly best, especially on busier days. It's pretty nice because I have actually been seen by multiple workers, and all did a pretty good job. I've been eyeing this nail salon ever since I moved into the area. This is a salon with skilled techs, friendly ambience and good music. You can tell they have great relationships with their customers and these techs know a thing or two about nail art. I'm really glad I found a new nail salon and can't wait to see what I get next time. If you're eyeing this place and not sure, you need to go for it. You won't be disappointed! Excellent experience! Had a manicure and pedicure. Attention paid to details and the technician asked me along the way if everything was to my liking. Highly recommend!
Loved them when I first started going in February, but they don't know how to work with builder gel. The nail keep breaking. Although they never have an issue fixing them, I should not have to go back the day after because they don't know how to put an apex on a nail properly. The lady keep trying to switch me to acrylic but I am allergic got my nails done on a Thursday and they were popping off like press ons by Saturday for 70 dollars I expect more. sorry I won't be coming back
