A lot of nail places fall short. They either never get to your appointment in a timely manner, or its not very clean, or the staff is not attentive to the customer and they just chat with the other employees and ignore you. I have had none of those issues coming here. This is the salon I keep coming back to again and again because they are very clean, make me feel like they actually appreciate your business, they are good about being on time for appts, and my nails usually come out looking great. This is the best salon in RSM. Beautiful and clean, best service and the everyone is so friendly!
Bad experience with the front desk staff, who refused to give her name (but I was later told by other staff that it’s Kayla or Vivian). When I tried to tap the machine with my card, she kept pulling it away and then blamed it on the owner, saying “tapping is not allowed by our owner.” Once she finally let go, the machine worked perfectly. On top of that, she aggressively rubbed my nails during service, and when I asked her not to, she kept talking over me and dismissively said it’s fine if I don’t come back.
