It’s always a great experience at K & N Nails.
This is the best salon in RSM. Beautiful and clean, best service and the everyone is so friendly!
Bad experience with the front desk staff, who refused to give her name (but I was later told by other staff that it’s Kayla or Vivian). When I tried to tap the machine with my card, she kept pulling it away and then blamed it on the owner, saying “tapping is not allowed by our owner.” Once she finally let go, the machine worked perfectly. On top of that, she aggressively rubbed my nails during service, and when I asked her not to, she kept talking over me and dismissively said it’s fine if I don’t come back. Best place in my area. Very clean and all staff are excellent.
This place has been my go to place for years now! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I’ve never been to a better nail salon. I’ve tried so many other places in this place is relaxing and they just make the experience personable. Even the owner is super nice and his wife. I love everybody here I’ve had services done with A lot of the girls here kelly is the best. She always make sure I get what I want done and always make sure to ask me if I liked everything. Highly recommend this nail salon. I love them here.🙂
