I reached out approximate three days ago and then email needing information on their product did not get a response. I decided to follow up with a phone call the next day I asked for customer service and I was on hold for 20 minutes had to get back to work. I decided to call them and push then the number for the operator and after rang for a few times it prompted me to leave a message. today Wednesday I have not heard back from them. I think that's poor customer service. Note I'm currently using one of their products.
I bought the filter cause I thought it would get me better fuel economy like everyone say. but it was the reverse i had it for 2 months and I took out the filter to clean it and put a frame filter temporarily in my b series 4L pickup and turns out the paper filter got me better fuel economy then the k and n filter. then when I put the k and n filter back in the fuel economy dropped again. I'm not impressed at all with this waste of 80$
Yes I recommend K&N to everyone who owns a vehicle if you want to get more horsepower , more torque , and better fuel economy K&N delivers . thank you Michael Hager Appleton , Wisconsin USA
