My experience is similar to the poor reviews reflected here for Kwaku Mitchell. If anyone is thinking about using him as a realtor, run the other way and find anybody else but him. You have been warned, he is probably the most un-ethical realtor I have ever met. He said he is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. When a couple gets divorced, they usually do not want to talk to each other, so he steps in and mediates. 100% would recommend Kwaku Mitchell! We were moving to the Orlando from another state and had to find a home within a pretty short timeline, in a really competitive price range and a hot market. He did a great job of providing lots of communication, had a great meeting about what we were looking for, he listened and found us something that worked in our small budget! Awful experience with this guy, had a house on the market through him and when we contacted him asking for updates he didn't respond to texts or calls for months. Go somewhere else
Anybody who awards this guy a five star most likely is a friend of his that works for him and not an actual client. Do not be fooled. This man was extremely unprofessional. My parents were looking to buy a house and they found the house that they wanted and he was the listing agent. They put in an offer, and he completely ignored the offer and let it expire. After at least a half a dozen attempts of trying to call him, we only spoke to his receptionist that constantly said he was in a meeting and he would call us back. Which... read more
