I placed a Mother’s Day Bouquet for the day after Mother’s Day and he was able to do me a favor and deliver it the Saturday before instead!! This is my first Mother’s Day away from home living in Chicago so this was such a blessing! Amazing team!! Thank you!

We ordered a bouquet and never received it. After numerous phone calls to the boutique, all we got was an excuse blaming the delivery service. I’d like to point out that the delivery was paid for directly through this store, and they are the ones providing it. I’ve been dealing with this issue for a month now, and every time I call, they tell me to try again at another time. I made an order on the website at 10am, paid the full amount, ordered delivery for today, waited until 3pm, called and these bastards told me that my order was not there and they would not return the money. The customer service is disgusting. I highly do not recommend this place

My first experience with this amazing florist was to help choose funeral flowers for an aunt. My sister and I arrived with ideas, but no decisions, for ordering the casket blanket, accompanying vases, and additional sprays and wreaths for other family members.
