I ordered a “Lavish” bouquet as shown in the ad. The category was Love & Romance. It was delivered as shown with Mylar balloons that said “Thinking of you.” When delivered I told them this was way less “Lavish” than claimed, and looked like a $29 bouquet I could pick up at a grocery store. I asked them to correct it by sending a nice $169 bouquet and they refused. They said it what got delivered was what I ordered. I placed a Mother’s Day Bouquet for the day after Mother’s Day and he was able to do me a favor and deliver it the Saturday before instead!! This is my first Mother’s Day away from home living in Chicago so this was such a blessing! Amazing team!! Thank you!
We ordered a bouquet and never received it. After numerous phone calls to the boutique, all we got was an excuse blaming the delivery service. I’d like to point out that the delivery was paid for directly through this store, and they are the ones providing it. I’ve been dealing with this issue for a month now, and every time I call, they tell me to try again at another time.
