I absolutely love using K-Med Pharmacy! They are always so pleasant and professional. They know my name when I walk in and remember me. Whenever I have a question I don't have to go into my whole life story because they make a point to remember their patients. A little over a year ago, they had one of my medications that my other (big name) pharmacy was always out of, so I switched over to them and have been so pleased. I’ve previously used K-Med to purchase vitamins, but I recently needed to fill a new prescription for my dog and was in need of a vaccination for myself. I gave K-Med a call and was able to speak directly with the pharmacist Abe. He advised I could walk in and they would be able to accommodate both needs at the same time. Just switched over from Walgreens! Reminds me of the Pharmacy of past. Took my calls promptly answered my questions. Everyone seems very nice and informed! Out of my way to be honest but worth it to me.
K-Med had my eye drops ready and made sure that I had the best price.
Needed my medicine by Sunday. They hand delivered it Friday night before the snow storm. I live an hour and half south. Abe was awesome to work with. He helped me the whole step of the way along with delivering it to me. Never seen a pharmacy give costumer service as amazing as this. Thanks K-Med Pharmacy & Abe.
They are very friendly,helpful.....no long waits. Blister pack service very important for a young man on a complicated med regimen. Very reassuring for the person who has managed his meds for years.
Switched from Walgreens and campus pharmacy to kmed. Their service is so great. They automatically refill our prescriptions, took care of all the phone calls to transfer and renew prescriptions, send a text message when they are ready, and even find coupons when they are available. Best of all we are in and out in under 5 minutes and they are super friendly.
