Girlfriend's locked car was broken into overnight. They raise the rent to ridiculous rates but don't fix the gate, so now tenants pay way more than they should have to for horrible security
the property manager sylvia is only nice when she sells you a home after that she shows you her true colors. community looks dirty and looks like no one does lawn care. majority of the neighbors are old and they may seem nice but dont be fooled because they complain about every little thing to the point that your email is filled with complaints for any little thing. also lot rent is pricey for a community that doesnt have amenities and roads are all jacked up. the construction around the community is horrible! i know its not... read more
We moved here 2021. The rental rate has increased from $400 to $995 per month. The park needs road repairs and tree trimming. We moved here because it was a gated community, but that is no longer an amenity. The last owners took better care of the park. Oakwood Properties seems only to care about their profits. The park was originally designed for affordable housing for retired people. That does not seem to be their priority.
