I took my car in yesterday for new snow tires. Asked for 195-60-15. The lady at the front counter said they had one set left. Bought and paid for them quick (as they were needed). When I got home, they put the wrong size on. They put 195-65-15 on. Called this morning and she they are the same size. It makes no difference. Told her it does to me cause what I asked for was not what I got. She hung up on me. Very rude. Will never go back. This is the second time this has happened.
