I had our engagement ring designed and crafted here at Paulson goldsmith. The workmanship of this ring was incredible. I was more than impressed and so was she. Like most others this meant the world to me and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
Ken did a beautiful job creating a new setting for a family heirloom ring that has been in the family for six generations (possibly more). If I could give Ken more than 5 stars I would. I was quite concerned about preserving as much of the original band as possible as I wanted to know that a band that had been worn by generations of women before me, was on my finger. What happened to us was not only disappointing — it was emotionally devastating. My sister and I brought in several pieces of gold jewelry that had been gifted to us as children by our late father. First, I went to Ken last summer to help design an engagement ring. Talked with him about what I wanted, gave a few examples, and explained what I liked and disliked about each. What he made from this absolutely blew my expectations out of the water, giving us the most gorgeous ring. When it was time for wedding bands, we decided to go to a big box store to keep things simple. When we received the rings in, they fit terrible, and the store would not work with us to make it right. The customer service was non existent. Didn't respond to email, had to call him. Said he would get back with estimate twice. Did not. Finally went and picked up ring 2.5 weeks later with no work done that we discussed but for a repaired claw.
