First, I went to Ken last summer to help design an engagement ring. Talked with him about what I wanted, gave a few examples, and explained what I liked and disliked about each. What he made from this absolutely blew my expectations out of the water, giving us the most gorgeous ring. The customer service was non existent. Didn't respond to email, had to call him. Said he would get back with estimate twice. Did not. Finally went and picked up ring 2.5 weeks later with no work done that we discussed but for a repaired claw.
I started strictly going here 3 years ago, and Time and time again I've had nothing but AMAZING experiences here! They are so kind, produce amazing quality work, and always have an affordable price and willing to work with your budget! I have sent so many friends and family here and they always have a great experience! This is the only place I will trust with any of my items, love this business and will be a loyal customer for years to come!!
I took my engagement ring in to be sized down and they did a wonderful job! The little scuffs were cleaned up and it looked brand new! Thanks so much :)
